Reports
The reports page allows you to download any custom requested report.
Reports are organized by categories across the top of the page.
Click into a category to see the reports available.
Run and Download
Click the run and download button to download the report directly to your computer. Reports download as .CSV files
Download Information
Hover over the information icon to learn download statistics on a report. This will give you who downloaded it last, when, and how many times total the report has been run and downloaded
New reports
Not seeing what you need? Click the "Request a new report" button to send a new report request to CaryHealth. We ask for a 1 month lead time for all custom report requests but will provide them to you earlier if possible.
If user input is required to download a report, it will be requested via a pop up modal when you click run and download.
