welcome to automations the goal of automations is to enhance efficiency and effectiveness without needing additional human resources a care gap can be manually assigned to or moved out of an automation as needed care gaps can also be automatically moved into an automation by cpd (carepath decisions) read each section below to learn about all the possible automations funnels a funnel is a multi layered workflow funnels allow you to contact patients and providers from multiple angles in order to better close the care gap after one step of the funnel runs, the funnel will pause for the specified number of days, then it will run the next step on patients who were not closed from the previous step by default, all funnels have a final step, which is "convert" if a patient has reached the end of the funnel and has still not closed their care gap, then they are removed from the automation this will allow the care team to continue manually working the patient how can i tell that my funnel is working? on the automations page, the automation preview gives a high level overview of the selected automation, with one step per panel the action for each step is displayed on its panel, along with the pause time after the step you can also hover over each panel for more statistics on gaps that are currently on that step, including number of iterations (if that step is set to repeat) for even more details on the selected automation, click the see details button in the top right this will open a modal with members in funnel steps, which will give details for every member/care gap in the funnel and their current status the other tab, closed interventions, will show details on gaps that were closed by the funnel a table of all existing automations is below the automation preview to change to another automation preview, select the "show preview" or "see details" button for the desired automation build a funnel contact the onedash team to build your funnels!
