The reports page allows you to download any custom requested report.

Reports are organized by categories across the top of the page. 

Click into a category to see the reports available.

### Run and Download

Click the run and download button to download the report directly to your computer. Reports download as .CSV files

### Download Information

Hover over the information icon to learn download statistics on a report. This will give you who downloaded it last, when, and how many times total the report has been run and downloaded

### New reports

Not seeing what you need? Click the "Request a new report" button to send a new report request to CaryHealth. **We ask for a 1 month lead time for all custom report requests but will provide them to you earlier if possible. **
