1) Request a password reset
On the main login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Then, enter the email address you usually use for login.
2) Check your email for a reset link
An email will be sent for you to follow a link to reset your password. Follow the prompts.
3) Reset Password
Pick a new password. If successful, you will see a notice that you have changed your password.
4) Log In!
Log back in at connect.cary.health and do amazing things.
